All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made in full before delivery/collection.
We use secure third-party payment gateways for online transactions.

4. Delivery & Pickup:

Deliveries are made within specified areas in Dubai (and other locations where available).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide accurate address and contact details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

5. Return & Refund Policy:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once delivered.
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 12 hours with proof (photos).
After review, we may provide a replacement, credit, or partial/full refund at our discretion.

6. Allergies & Dietary Information:

While we take care with ingredients, our products may contain or come in contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before placing an order. We cannot be held liable for allergic reactions.
