At ABH By AATHIRA, every product is freshly crafted with the highest quality ingredients. As our items are perishable, we maintain a no returns policy once an order has been delivered. However, we value your satisfaction and will review each concern carefully.

1. No Returns:

Due to food safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any baked goods, snacks, or food items.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the product.

After review, we may offer a replacement, credit, or partial/full refund, depending on the situation.

3. Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the preparation has not yet started.
Once baking or preparation begins, cancellations are not possible.

4. Custom & Pre-Order Items:
All custom cakes, cupcakes, and special orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
